Ed at Kountry Klean Air has always been timely, reliable, honest and very competent. Our air blower died in the middle of summer, Ed immediately replaced the part and had a new system put in within a week. We have referred numerous friends and relatives to Kountry Klean Air and have heard nothing but glowing praise from those who have followed our recommendation and used Ed's services. Ed with KKA has been a pleasure and a professional in all our dealings. He's installed multiple pieces of equipment for us. One project was bid to other contractors and came back with two quotes in excess of $2000. Ed completed the install for under $100. We also had him install a new Napoleon wood insert. We're extremely satisfied with the product, the install, and the service. We'll be back to KKA for our next project, a gas insert in another area. I'd recommend KKA to anyone looking for a solid, trustworthy, and conscientious HVAC company.
